Tomislav is an owner and CEO of Inchoo. At times when team was smaller, Tomislav worked as a developer and manager. Nowadays, it is only management. His goal is to organize the business, work on marketingand human resources.

During student days, Tomislav was an active member of AIESEC student exchange organization where he was in charge for incoming students and IT department. Later he was a lecturer covering topics of website development and web programming (mostly PHP). In 2003, he founds Escape, web development company form Osijek, Croatia with two of his friends. He works there to 2007. During this time, he gained expertise in building eCommerce solutions where he used osCommerce and CRE Loaded as platforms.

When he has a free time, he tried to use it for relaxation as much as possible. He never misses out a traditional Saturday morning coffee with his old friends. Enjoys traveling, traditional cuisine (from most cultures), good wine and strong rakija.
